There are probably going to be people who criticize this gesture for some reason, but I think it's good of Costa to do that and I'm not even a Costa fan. Yes, it's good PR, but if I had a Costa booking and wanted to get out of it, I wouldn't care about PR, I'd just want to get out and not lose my $$

This is a good move. Another post indicated that there will be "no more family cruises" becaue the children and teens do not even want to put themselves in this position. I wouldn't want to "force" a family member to go on a vacation that would cause them anxiety, that's not a vacation.

 

Good for you Costa. I'm glad to see you are considerate of your passengers emotional well being and level of comfort considering all that has happened.
