Western Caribbean island hotspots (sailing Allure)

My friend and I (both 30years old) are sailing the Allure in March (through the western islands). I've been on the Oasis before so I know the ship stuff pretty well (already booked a bunch of shows) but will be the first time to the western islands.

 

Just wondering what people have done on the islands (not necessarily via a booked excursion) or any hot-spots that are definitely worth checking out. We def like to eat & drink (actually she's a vegetarian, so any places that people know of that cater to that would be cool), and will be hitting the beaches and walking around the ports, but wanted input from all the great people here that have already done all this stuff.
