Pip-Squeak Posted January 24, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2012 We have sailed 12 times with celebrity and always requested a table for 2 on the Upper level on the dining room and given a table number for second sitting Fixed dining.I have just heard that you can only go on the upper level if you are Select dining.Has anyone experience of this? we don't like sitting downstairs. grayjay Posted January 24, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Only half of the upper level is Select Dining, so rest assured that can still have your table if you are booked on a Solstice-class ship. I'm not sure, though, if the renovated M-class ships have put "Blu", the restaurant reserved for AQ, in that space.
martyap Posted January 24, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2012 On last year's Millennium cruise select dining was relegated to upper level, usually left side.
Freecall Posted January 24, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 24, 2012 You can definitely sit upstairs on fixed dining but you may have to speak to the Maître 'D
