Carnivals Annual Winter Warmup Sale - Question

So Carnival is now running a sale where they give you a certain amount OBC depending on the length of cruise you book.

 

So my question is, I booked ES so is there anyway to get them to apply it toward my cruise? Or does it not apply since the room is not actually cheaper and this is their way around giving people money that have already paid.

 

I have not called yet. I thought I would ask all these knowledgeable peeps first.

typical Carnival hijinx....Early Saver is not eligible for the OBC. Looks and smells like the useless 72 hour sales they have run..
