Altun Ha, Lamanai or Xunantech (sp?)

I am sure this has been asked before, sorry. We are taking a Royal Caribbean cruise in March and are trying to decide which of these 3 ruins would be the best excursion to take. Anyone out there who has done this with RCI? How about the temps in March? We are leaning toward one of the tours with the river boat included, anyone done these?

I thoroughly enjoyed Lamanai. It's a long day, but well worth it. I went in September, where it was extremely hot and humid. I doubt the weather in March will be as bad. I loved seeing the howler monkeys, the ruins were spectacular, and the jungle hike was wonderful.
