5HappyCampers Posted January 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2012 We will be On the RCI Serenade of the Seas in April. Can you see the pitons from the ship before it docks in port? Does it cruise by them prior to docking or maybe departing the island? Would love to get a picture......
Host Faith Posted January 30, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Lucky you, sailing the Serenade so soon! I loved our cruise. We had a balcony on the starboard side, and at about 5:30 in the morning, we passed the Pitons. It's a very beautiful sight early in the morning. Here's a post from my Serenade review (from 2010) and some pics: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=26637720&postcount=
JJPacer Posted January 31, 2012 #3 Share Posted January 31, 2012 After we leave St. Lucia we're sailing to Barbados, so our ship should sail by the Pitons. We'll keep an eye out and let you know!
