River Wallace--non ship tour?

I would like to do the River Wallace/ Ruins tour, but would rather use an independent tour company. Does anyone know of company that does this? We were in Belize Dec 2011, going back Nov 2012, so I know about the longer tender ride. I am not really worried about that. I know that ship tours have tendering priority. We had no problems getting a tender nor getting back to ship on time. We did the cave tubing last time & would like to do something different next time. So my choice would be the River Wallace/Ruin tour or maybe the Caye Caulker tour w/ Coral Breeze tour. But I don't know how to snorkel. Looking for a relaxing tour, just seeing the sights.
