Blackbeard's Castle

How far is the walk from the ship to Blackbeard's Castle? I want to do this tour on my own.

I did read that if you pick up a map at the tourist center as you leave the ship you can find it on your own.

It depends on where your ship docks, but the walk to town is about 1.5 miles from Havensight, and 1.75 miles from Crown Bay.

 

Then it's about .25 miles up the hill to get to Blackbeard's.
