How far is Dunn's River Falls from the port at Montego Bay?

What is the best river raft rides and how close are they to the port at Montego Bay? :p

Dunn's River Falls is almost a 2-hour drive each way from Montego Bay! I can't imagine riding in a vehicle for 4 of the 7 hours in Jamaica. But there are river raft trips near Montego Bay and inner tubing, etc that would be fun and still give you time to explore the city.
