What's the NCL Mastercard Certificate timing?

The cruise points aren't submitted until you make final payment. If I were you I would book the cruise first, then get your free airfare set up. Rack up your points and order your MBNA certificates about 2 weeks before your final payment is due. Keep an eye on cruise rates right up until final payment is due and take advantage of lower rates on the cruise if you can find them.
