Where to buy wine in Glaveston?

We'll be sailing out of Galveston on the Magic on February 26th. We are arriving late on the 25th and will be staying at the Harbor House Hotel. Just wondering if there is anywhere within walking distance where we can buy a couple of bottles of wine before boarding? Since we will be flying in from Ontario, I'd have to pack the wine for the flight, and would prefer not to risk a couple of broken bottles and ruined clothes!

Order online from wine.com- have it delivered the day before you arrive to your hotel. If your plane is delayed, one less thing for you to worry about.

How late are you arriving? You won't be able to buy wine in Texas before noon on Sunday, but you should be able to take a walk on the Strand Saturday evening and find a few stores selling booze.
