They unfortunately had a captain who was more interested in showboating than taking his job and the lives of 4000 others seriously. RIP to all those who lost their lives in that tragedy. It's probably a good idea to move the muster to before leaving anyway just because it makes sense. You want people to know where to go/what to do, but hope they never have to use that information.
