Tour Operators at the cruise terminal?

It's been a while since we've been to the Caribbean, but I remember there were lots of local tour operators as you exit the ship.

Is this true for Barbados?

We want to do a 3 hour catamaran/snorkel tour, and are not finding a company that suits our needs. Shasa is fully booked, and all the other companies want $90-110 per person. We don't want to pay more than $60 per person (that's what Shasa costs).

We thought we may just find someone at the terminal (that looks honest) that could would have such a tour.

Any experience with this?

Did you try these people?

Sister company of silver moon. Link was tricky to find.

They wouldn't book me when i said i was royal Caribbean though. I guess that's who rc uses floor their tours. They said I had to book through the ship.

Luckily, shasa was available my day, so we booked with them, as they were the first choice anyhow.
