Defective Cruise in Review DVD

Hi all,

 

Just off the Voyager yesterday. I purchased the photo package with the included Cruise in Review DVD, specifically because my boyfriend participated in Quest and it was probably the first and last time I will ever see him dressed in a bra, skirt, and heels. Well, I brought home the DVD, popped it in and everything seemed fine at first. The DVD menu worked, but the footage of the ship or any of the activities is just a bunch of green and pink squiggly lines with audio. I have tried different scene selections and everything, but to no avail. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I try it at a friend's house instead? Should I contact Royal Caribbean to see about a replacement, if that's even possible?
