CruzieSue Posted February 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2012 I like to collect a small bottle of sand and sea shells from my beach visits when I can. Is this going to be a problem bringing back through Customs? (first time cruising) Obviously, no shells with live beings inside
truchattycathy Posted February 14, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2012 Technically you are not suppose to bring things like shells or even sand (that you got on the beach) out of most countries. Going thru customs on the way back into this country - they don't ask you about it. They ask about vaulables, liquor, cash, etc. Just pack it in your suitcase and you will be fine.
