1st deck aft inside cabins

All of the way aft sort of says it all. If the ship is pitching (bow and stern going up and down), there is going to be up and down motion at the stern. If the ship is rolling (side-to-side motion), you are pretty much in the center, and will feel it less than others. That minimal rolling would likely be less a deck or two higher, but you should be in pretty good shape.

 

Particularly the first day, if you are feeling any effects of the motion, go somewhere where you can see the horizon -- out on deck is great as the fresh air will help as well. Once you get your sea legs, you will be fine.
