Question Regarding Early VIP Boarding on Carnival Splendor

Cruising on the Splendor May 27.

Celebrating daughters graduation from CalState Northridge.

Our group numbers 5 but I am the only Platinum VIP entitled to expedited boarding. All others are past guests with at least 2 Carnival cruises.

Question: If I take others in tow will our entire group be able to board early in the VIP line?

What would be the best time to try this: 1 PM, 2 PM

Whoever is in the same cabin as you has VIP early boarding rights... Everyone else, unless they are your minor children in another cabin, doesn't...

 

 

 

Here is Miami most of the time I have seen where they do not let entire parties in especially because your card is in one place and their cards are in another...

If you wait and board at 2pm, there won't be hardly any lines, if any, at all. Elaine515 is right though, the cards are in two different places, so if you bring your family through, them someone has to go get their cards. Better you do VIP and wait for them on the other side.
