Car rental, bus or cab to 7 mile and Smith Cove

We are planning on spending the morning at Cemetery Beach, possibly going to Hell, then lunch at Grand Old House or 'My Bar', then the afternoon at Smith Cove. There are 4 of us and we can rent a car for under $60.

 

Anyone have estimates on what a cab or bus (or combo of both) would cost to get the 4 of us where we want to go? Wondering if a car rental is a better, more cost effective, way to go? We rented a car last time without issue, I'm not opposed to doing that again. Thanks!
