Isla Pasion with 5 and 12 year old?

Hi:

 

My husband and I will be cruising on RCI in late March with our 5 and 12 year olds. I was interested in hearing about the Isla Pasion via Twister boat, it is offered as an excursion on the RCI site. My concern is the boat ride for the 5 year old....she may be freaked out by the speed and turns...thoughts? Is there another way to reach this island which is slower?

 

Or, another, alternative beach recommendation? We like clean sandy beaches which are good for playing in the water and building sandcastles. Snorkeling not necessary. Good food available. All Inclusive not necessary but we would do if it were worth it.
