Is there a list somewhere of all the Carnival ships and their themes???

I'm not sure. I know from experience the Valor has an "Americana theme" and there are flags and presidents all over the ship. The sensation is decked out in a lot of purple and silver. The Dream was covered in gold flakes and pastels. I didn't really notice a "theme" on the Sensation or the Dream that I can remember. The Valor was pretty obvious.

i once watched a video while i was on the triumph that featured carnival ship designer joe fargus and he explained each ship and their theme. maybe you could find it on youtube.

The ones I've been on:

 

Liberty - kinda art-nouveau/artisan-ish (sorry not a very good description)

Glory - Colors. Every lounge/bar/restaurant was named after a color.

Miracle - kinda art deco/30s-40s era

Legend - Mythological or as I liked to call it: Buy 1 urn, get 10,000 free.:D

I was on the inaugural sailing of the Valor in 2005 and I loved the American Heroes theme. Probably to this day the only theme that I even remember on any of the ships

the Carnival Fantasy is the only Carnival ship without a theme. I am going on the Fantasy next month so I am excited to see if I notice any difference

In my case, I'm guessing I should expect a design like the MGM Grand or Caesar hotels in Las Vegas. At least that's the visual I'm getting, given how Carnival uses a loud, glitzy interior design.
