Redbarnphotog Posted February 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Well for pete's sake....I am taking a cruise around the Greek Isles next year combined with a trip to Venice. My trip of a lifetime. My first cruise. So that is the motivation I needed to start a weight-loss program. I'm not afraid to admit I could afford to lose about 80 pounds. Three weeks in of eating better and exercising every single day - I step off the treadmill wrong and sprained my ankle. This happened last night and it's feelilng a little better today, but from what I read it could be a couple of weeks before I'm back on my regimine.
