Rhapsody And Montego Bay

Recommended Posts

Here are the sailing dates for the first 2 months that Rhapsody stops in Montego Bay:

May 15

May 29

Jun 12

Jun 26

Looks like every other sailing goes there.

Next door neighbor went to a resort there & sad it was wonderful! We’ve been waiting a few years for RCCL to add this stop to their regular itinerary & in 2005 it finally will happen! Hope to make reservations during our next cruise this December for a 2006 sailing on the Freedom, if there are any balconies’s left!

Maybe these web sites will give you some ideas on what to do:

Happy Sailing, :)

We're booked for Rhapsody next year and are taking the Montego Bay port this time. We are thinking of the Rum Plantation tour - takes 6 & 1/2 hours from pier and back. I do know that a friend went last year and said to definitely get a tour and avoid cabs if possible, as a lot of crime has occurred and people on their ship were warned AGAINST going anywhere alone. She did go to the Falls and said it was a strenuous outing, but enjoyed it immensely.

Would love other input on this port!

We are planning to do the Appleton Run Plantation tour when we go in June. I haven't been able to find much info about it on the boards, but DH and I are very excitecd about it.
