Cove balcony question

Bad sunburn

Recommended Posts

I know this is a silly question, but on the cove balconies, can the doors between balconies be opened? Reason I ask is because we usually cruise with some friends of ours and we always like opening the doors between balconies and just hanging out. Would really like to do a cove balcony but only if we can hang out together!! Just curious if someone else has done this.

Yes they can open, but only between certain balconies. My friends and I did it with our two coves on the Magic last fall.

You can see which coves connected on the Dream by looking here:

Magic and Breeze should be the same, but you can see those at:

Thanks for the info. I was able to get my cabins changed so that we could open the partition.

In some instances, yes. The issue is that on many cabins the balcony partition is actually the weather door that's closed during extreme conditions... Here's a picture on our Cove balcony...

If you close the door to open up the balcony you've closed off the cabin!!!

Like other types of cabins the door position alternates with every other cabin... you can see that in this picture...

The cabins that have windows next to each other have partitions that open...

:)
