Day sail .. Easiest on and off?

I know there are a lot of day sail companies in Barbados but can anyone tell me which one has the easiest in and out of water? I have chronic leg pain and climbing is sometimes very difficult for me.

I would also like to know. I'm taking my parents and extended family on this cruise, my dad is in his 80s, he'd still love to join us if we snorkel with the turtles (he'll watch from the boat), but I'm concerned about him getting on and off the boat from the beach/pier/whatever.

 

I read about Sasha where people boarded the catamaran from the beach and they practically had to wade in the water and jump on, with the waves crashing, it was a challenge. Would NOT like to do that with my Dad.

 

Looking for a 2-3 hour turtle excursion with a boat/catamaran that you can easily walk onto from a stationary pier?

The Silvermoon guide feeds the turtles from beside the boat so you can easily see them from the boat. No problems for an 80 yr old onboard...
