Running in Dominica/Trafalgar Falls

First, is it safe to run in Dominica? Second, I was thinking of running to the Trafalgar Falls after a canyoning adventure and I know it is within a reasonable distance but is the route out there safe?

One of the safest areas on the Island very well trafficed with tourist traffic. Roads are of course small like all on the Island but this road is one of the better ones on the Island.

And of course I assume you know this part --- Trafalger is pretty much all up hill from the port/Roseau
