Jumping from waterfall

Has anyone gone to Belize and jumped from water falls? I really want to do this!! If so, where, how, cost...Please if have any info please let me know!!

I jumped into a small pool at Vaca Falls. I though I could walk over and sit under the falls. Unfortunately, the pool was a little deeper than I thought. It was over my head. I had a difficult time climbing up the large wet rocks to get out. I did not want to get swept down stream. Fortunately the water was warm (78 degrees). You cannot get there from a cruise ship.

 

The pools at Rio Frio are great to splash around in or to slide down the rocks. No place to jump though.
