The latin restaurant is now Moderno. I'm hot sure how loud it will be. Most pay restaurants are only open from about 4-10 pm so I don't see that as much of an issue as if ti was the buffet (open 24 hr). Or something with late night entertainment.

In addition to that the noise from restaurants affects mostly downwards (trollies, tables, chairs etc being moved around) so being above them is usually not biggie. Places that play music etc are more of a concern.

When we were on Jewel, we had mini suite below sun deck and the parties (steel drums etc) did keep us up and sometimes we woke up because of the cleaning crew moving tables, loungers etc on deck at wee hours. We lived with it but probably would not book a cabin from the same area again when possible.

P.S. The buffet is not open 24hrs so You probably meant Blue Lagoon, right? :)
