Carnival Credit Card redeeming points for weekly gratuities question?

Hi,

I looked online to redeem some points from my Carnival credit card. I noticed that you can use points to prepay your weekly gratuities, but only see choices up to a week.

For those of you on an 8 day more more cruise what did you do?

I then thought about picking the Happy Birthday decoration package...but don't see that the Breeze is on the drop down menu. I assume they will add it once it sails, but lets face it a lot of us have already booked and it would have been nice to set that in place.
