For those of you that have sailed recently on the Liberty's Eastern Itinerary, would you be able to please tell me what nights are the elegant dinner nights?

Just got off the Western but I'm pretty sure they are the same, Sunday and Thursday.

Monday ( sea day ) and Thursday ( Grand Turk ) info taken from FUN TIMES....
