I just call players club and they ask for your info and will call you back. WELL they actually called me back 4 hours later. Miracles do happen!:D

 

May I ask what perks you were offered?

 

I've just sent an email today for my next cruise, which is still a long way off, but wanted to do it before I forgot.

Do you have to spend a certain amount before you qualify for these perks?

 

I don't know if anybody has a clue. It seems to be Carnival's secret.

 

Do keep in mind that it includes all of your play on all Carnival brands, so if you are on Princess, HAL, etc., they will track that too.

You need to tell them the date and name of the ship from your last cruise. Also the booking # of your future cruise, date of sailing and ship name. If you know your past guest # add that also.

 

Sorry to appear silly but this is the first time I have asked about Ocean club Players.

For booking#........I presume that means booking reference number

Past guest#........ Peninsular Number for P&O. Princess loyalty number and Mariner number for Holland America?
