So if at the bottom of the "My Billing" tab on My Carnival Cruise page, it states:

 

BOOKING CHARGE/CREDIT ($429.86)

 

Does this mean I have an OBC of that amount?

Sorry, 1st time cruiser, so not sure what cruise dollars are, but I had to cancel my first cruise which was ES, so I had $150 PP credit towards this one.

not necessarily. My OBC does not show there.

 

If you want to see if you have on board credit. On that page click on View Cruise Docutments

then check print general information and click submit

on the page that pops up scroll down to the second page underneath the box Cruise itemized charges there should be another box if you have OBC it will show here.

I have that on mine and sadly it is NOT OBC. Rather, it was credit I had (and used) from a previously booked-and-cancelled sailing that was applied to this trip.
