NCL Spirit Restaurants

I understand that Windows, Garden Room & Raffles Buffet are the "free" restaurants on the Spirit and that TaiPan Bistro, Maxim's & Shogun are available for an extra surcharge. From what I've read, there are suppose to be around 9 or 10 restaurants. Does anyone know what other restaurants there are and are they free?

Okay, thanks - but are they (Blue Lagoon & La Trattoria) free or surcharge fee?
