JenPaige Posted March 19, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2012 I will be cruising out of Jacksonville next week (march 26-31). We will be cruising to Key West and Nassau. I am wondering how warm the pool temperatures are on the ship during this time of year? Hoping it will be warm! I am not a fan of chilly water!
CharmedMom Posted March 19, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 19, 2012 We went in December, the pool was chilly. I've found that if you get your whole body in, then get out in the open air allowing the breeze to cool you off even more, then get back in the pool and keep at least your shoulders under the water, it's not so bad. It doesn't help that they drain the pool water often and refill it with the sea water (the pool never seems to warm up enough).

acetray Posted March 19, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 19, 2012 It is not bad, I have never been cold on the ship, but it is not heated, so it depends on the weather outside
H82seaUgo Posted March 19, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 19, 2012 It is not bad, I have never been cold on the ship, but it is not heated, so it depends on the weather outside we took a july cruise out of ny, and the water never got warmer than 62°. too cold for us, so we used the tepid tubs.
