I was looking at a cruise that stopped at Cozumel, Mexico,George Town, Grand Cayman and Falmouth, Jamaica.I am not into beaches.I like sightseeing.Is this a good cruise to pick.

Cozumel has trips to Mayan Ruins and I quite like a wander around the back streets. Plenty of shops as well.

 

Jamaica, plenty to do other than beaches, I loved the Zion Bus tour, but only if you like Bob Marley. Dunns River Falls is hard work but worth the effort.

 

Grand Cayman, not much there except sea, sand and shops. Swimming with Stingrays is an option.
