Bacvice Beach in Split

Hi everyone,

 

In my research on what to do in Split, I came across Bacvice Beach where a lot of the locals visit apparently. It sounded not too far from where the town itself is, maybe a 10 minute walk? Anyone been there? How far is it really from Diocletian's Palace and where the tenders will drop us off? We are planning on just taking it easy and doing our own thing in Split and thought an hour or so at the beach might be nice.

Yes we did these things on our own. They are all very walkable. I researched the palace and had a walking tour from Rick Steves. I also used this web site for maps.
