Our ship docks in Cannes in June, and we are renting a car to go to St Paul de Vence and Antibes. Can anyone give me a recommendation for lunch in St Paul? Also, does anyone know if it would be too much to try and do Nice, St Paul de Vence and Antibes in one day? We are there from 9-6.

You will not have a problem finding cafe to eat in...just check out menu's and see which one fits for you.Could you see all 3 places places in 1 day...of course.Drive in and out...no you really cannot do justice to really seeing them in 1 day. Antibes is a great place to stroll and visit and have good seafood.Nice has the markets and St.P is a charm unto itself.You can always go back:D

In St Paul by-pass the busy cafes near the entrance. Go up the main "street" and check out some of the lovely cafes on the right; some are off the narrow passageways and have outdoor terraces overlooking the countryside.

We were there a year ago and made two stops in this location. Both times we ate at Le Tilleul. They have a small spot indoors but many tables across the path (same location outside.) Usually very crowded by local business people which is who we got the recommendation from. Hot and cold food...restaurant-letilleu.com

We had lunch in St Paul at a place called La Terrasse, and yes we ate it out on the terrace. Lovely view. It's not impressive from the street entrance, but the terrace view is. Nice salad and quiche too.

I thoroughly enjoyed our short visit there. We rented a car in Monte Carlo and did Nice, Eze and St Paul in one day. We liked the area so much we decided to go back, and are doing a rivier cruise in June that starts in the south of France.

Nice meal, great view at Malabar earlier this month. It was short way up the street that runs along the wall.
