VIP Casino Offer

I just want to make sure I am getting this right. I am currently booked ES. I mock booked under the Casino Offer and it would cost $10 more and I could move from forward to midship. If I wanted to switch to the VIP Casino Offer could I just pay the difference?

 

My cash at the cage would surely be more than the $10 I would pay to change, right? I usually get at least 3000 points per cruise.

I broke down and did what I should have done in the first place... I called Carnival. :o

 

The first time I called I was told there was nothing I could do.

 

The second time went much better! I have $75 waiting in the casino and we stayed in the same room at the same rate; we are now booked under the VIP rate instead of ES!

 

If I just made $75, does that mean I can call into work tonight? :p

I entered my past guest # when I searched my cruise and the rate showed up!:)

hmmmm...i have been entering my PG number for 2 months and never see anything except "there are no special offers at this time"
