costa serana from Valencia

Hi,

We live in Spain and so naturally everything at the travel agents is in Spanish. We are booked for 27th April to go on Costa Serana which was a replacement for the Costa Concordia cruise we had originally booked. My problem is that apart from a receipt to show that we have paid in full, we have had no other paperwork at all and are told we will get it shortly before departure. We have to book a train to get to Valencia as it is 2 hours from where we live and we don't even know what time we are due to board. I don't know if tips are included in the price we have paid but I do have an itinery from the brochure. Can anyone help me with the following ports as to whether we need to try and find a tour or if it is a case of getting off and walking?. Marsella (France), Savona (Italy), Civitavecchia (Italy), Palermo (Italy). Although we have done a couple of cruises before we have gone with our daughter and family from the UK and they have sorted everything for us.
