Another Early Saver ??

I am 149 days from our cruise and when I went to check for a price drop, early saver disappeared. How do I know if there is a drop if my rate is gone?!

Early Saver Booking is withdrawn thereabouts of 3 months before sailing for cruises 5 days or less and 5 months before sailing for cruises 6 days or more.

 

After that time, up to 2 business days before sailing, you can get price drops for any (other) fare that you're eligible for (Past Guest, 55+, yourstate Resident, Military.....). Regardless of what people post to the contrary, There are also "ways" to price-match against "Guarantee" Bookings/Sales, and CashBack/OBC bookings/sales.

The Early Saver rate ends 5 months prior to a cruise lasting 6 days or longer. Sounds like that's what happened in your case since you're 149 days out.

You compare your category to all other rates you qualify for. If you're over 55 and the senior rate drops below what you paid for your cabin category, then you get the difference. If you live in Ohio and they're running a resident rate for Ohio and the rate drops below what you paid for your cabin category, then you get the difference. You just have to keep an eye on the other booking rates that you qualify for.
