Velvet1153 Posted April 3, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2012 a reply in a post that said it was day two:confused: You can see your OBC on your documents online. Sign in to Carnival.com and go to "Manage my Cruise". If you haven't done so, you will need to "Add Cruise" by putting in Booking # and info on the cruise. Once you have done that, click on the Cruise listing and go to "View My Documents" Check "Print General Information" and click Submit Go to the 2nd page of the PDF and any OBC will show directly under the "Cruise Itemized Charges", directly above "Note* Government Taxes and Fees......" If there is no Onboard Credits listed, it hasn't yet been added to your account. I hope that helps! :) Happy Sailing!
