When does OBC show up on your S&S acct? I read

a reply in a post that said it was day two:confused:

 

 

You can see your OBC on your documents online.

  • Sign in to Carnival.com and go to "Manage my Cruise". If you haven't done so, you will need to "Add Cruise" by putting in Booking # and info on the cruise.
  • Once you have done that, click on the Cruise listing and go to "View My Documents"
  • Check "Print General Information" and click Submit
  • Go to the 2nd page of the PDF and any OBC will show directly under the "Cruise Itemized Charges", directly above "Note* Government Taxes and Fees......"
  • If there is no Onboard Credits listed, it hasn't yet been added to your account.
