How lucky you are that you can get that savings. The sales happened after our cruise was in the final payment phase so although we were able to upgrade we could nor get any money back

We had a 2C cabin booked and then saw the promotion. So we thought we would give it a shot and we used this promotion and saved $400. The best part is that we were given the same cabin that we originally had. I'm sure that was just luck or our TA pulled it off.

Hi! Which date were you looking for? I'm on the sept 17 (need to put my name on the roll call). I just played around and looks like I got the 50% off deal on the Oct cruises. Not sure if I tried all of then. The price per person is the same, but in the Stateroom total the discount is reflected.

 

I guess I can't get the OBC cause I already had the cruise reserved, i.e. not a "new booking." I thought canceling and rebooking would fix that as we're outside of final payment, but the TA says Celeb catches on to that???

 

Glad to hear another positive review on AQ class! We would have never tried if it was a few hundred more, but at the same original price we were going to pay, why not!

I am booked on the Sept 17th cruise as well. Come on over and meet the other folks on that board. I saved almost $1000 switching from a CC gty to an Aqua gty. Like you I figured we won't be in the room that much! And, dining in Blu will be worth the inconvenience of a bit of noise. I hope that I don't have to eat my words!:eek: Waiting for the Cabin assignment and holding my breath that it will be okay.
