11 day Hawaii on Infinity

Recommended Posts

I will booking an 11 day Hawaii cruise on Monday and was wondering if any one has done an 11 day inside cabin. Were you ok with it or did you get a bit crazy not being able to see out a window for 11 days. I have done it for 7 days and was fine. Just trying to decide what to book, and don't tell me a balcony.

Thanks,

SnorkelBill

I always have an "inside " cabin . In fact I have just such a cabin May 18th Infinity out of Honolulu.

I have no problems, but then I am mostly out and about, I sit in public area to read, do logic problems as well as attend lectures, see films as well as eat.

I only use my room, to sleep, change my clothes etc. I find sitting in the Aqua Spa indoor pool area far better to being outside in the heat and the wind plus the "cool" drinks are great.

Have a great cruise.

Thanks Jimsgirl. I just booked and decided to go with the inside. Like you, we spend very little time in the cabin. With the money we saved I booked a second cruise.

Dave's First Law of Cruising: When the cabin door closes behind you as you leave, all rooms are the same.

Dave's Second Law of Cruising: Two inside cruises are better than one outside cruise.

Dave's Third Law of Cruising: Book early and anticipate.

I alaways book inside. I did 11 days Hawaii inside cabin and I might do it again this fall. Did you book the Sept.26th one ? I like inside. It's really dark for sleeping and the minute I'm up, I'm out there and always really busy ! And when I used to get outside or balcony, curtains were always closed when it was time to get ready for dinner.

Happy sailing !

If my kids were out of college and I had been married to a great cute girl who put up with me for the last 10 years, I would book a suite a big one with not one but two balcony's. Now I don't know if this applies to you but on the off chance it does go for the big boy suite. Oh ya, I would also invite any old cruise buddies up for drinks nightly before dinner.

Hi, we did 13 Night Mediterranean last summer in an inside category 9 on Millennium. It was fine.

Have a great time on Infinity. I just got off of her on April 25th and I miss her already. She's a great ship.

Ho, you crack me up. If you have read our Infinity thread lately you will see that I changed my air to fly from LAX for $110 vs the $366 that I was charged from San Diego. That fare did not apply to bottom scrappers so I had to use the extra cash to move to an OV. Still not a suite yet, I still have one kid in college for 3 more years.
