I lost 40 lbs in 90 days

I need to lose another 15 lbs for my goal but I'm getting there. Finally off my blood pressure and cholesterol meds!! I am looking for an inexpensive 3 day cruise with my wife. We just moved to Orlando, Fl so we are close to the ports.. I am also looking for content for my website. If anyone would like to email me their testimony on how they lost weight before their cruise it would be great (itswv at yahoo dot com)

 

One thing I can add, if you stop all sugar, gluten and dairy products the last 3-4 days before your cruise you will drop a few lbs and your stomach will "flatten."

I would suggest Bahamas Celebration out of West Palm, only 2 hours from you..it's a great quick getaway to the Bahamaas, a small quaint ship, outstanding service and food.

 

Look at my reviews on Celebration website. If you book direct with them online you can often get really great deals. The reveiws from everyone all over are great on this little ship and I enjoyed it more than the bigger cruise lines!
