Excursions or Beaches with our 2 1/2 year old

We are taking a family cruise with our 2 1/2 year old daughter. There will be 7 adults in addition to our little one. We are going to be on Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas. Any recommendations for an excursion through RCCL or through a trusted private tour company? I have no idea if we will be bringing a car seat because I don't even know if it's even feasible. Really hoping I can find something we all will find enjoyable and safe because I am not the type of person that stays on the ship when we are in port. Thanks in advance for any tips!

if you just want to do a beach day,

i would do paradise beach,

its like 12$ each way for a taxi from the pier, and its 2$ each person for use of umbrellas and lounge chairs, pool, restrooms, showers etc

they have a resturant there,

its clean, water is nice

and if you pay $11 more per person you can use the water toys, like water trampolines, slides , etc,

great area for lil ones...

we had a blast there and its very inexpensive,
