Menus for 3-day Cruise

Hi all,

 

We're taking our first repositioning cruise in another week, and are wondering about the menus. Are there different menus for the short cruises? Do they pull out the first and last menu of the longer cruises, and toss one from formal night to make it complete? Would any of the tried and true favorites be on a 3-dayer?

Well on two diff. coastals their eggplant parmesan was served and I'm hoping again.

Which one are you on, we're on the Island next week.
