Please tell me I am not the only one going!

No one sems to be one my cruise, Infinity May 18th out of Honolulu.

 

When I booked to stay 2 nights at hotel, May 16 & 17 the agent told me I would be met at airport, and that there would be a rep. at the hotel to assist etc.

 

Now I have the docs and there is " no meet at airport, I have to use phone to "call transport" and there is "no rep "at the hotel.

 

I have checked this board but cannot find anyone"going my way" So any one out there going on Delta 91 (Atlanta to Honolulu) I would really like to hear from you

My husband and I are also going on that cruise flying out of St. Louis on the 17th..and have booked 1 night at the Hyatt Regency. In our cruise documents we received a voucher for transportation from the airport to the hotel and it said that someone would be meeting us at baggage claim. Did you book your hotel stay thru Celebrity? If you did, then they should be meeting you at the airport.
