Without a doubt, its Barefoot Man, who has been doings shows for years on Rum Point. I dont have any of his cds but I know they are available. He is the "Jimmy Buffet" of the Caymans! The only other story that your question brings to mind was when we were in the Caymans a few years back. We were staying in a Condo and listening to the radio alot. It was the first time we heard "who let the dogs out" and felt we had tapped into another sound, another culture. When we arrived home and bragged about this cool song and sound, my daughter informed us that its played all the time and isnt so new at all, even in Vermont.
