keep on cruising Posted April 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2005 Our Baltic cruise disembarks at the port of Rotterdam. We are spending one night on our own in Amsterdam. Does anyone have suggestions on private transportation to Amsterdam from the port. HAL suggested a company that they do business with - at 80 a person. Thanks for any suggestions
Phoenix cruiser Posted April 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 29, 2005 It is a very short train ride to Amsterdam and an extremely easy system to navigate. We commuted from Amsterdam to Den Hague (The Hague) and it was a snap. Forgot the exact cost, but it was probably 1/10 the cost of what you quoted. AstridSJ Posted April 29, 2005 #7 Share Posted April 29, 2005 Those trains can get really busy though, you might want to consider first class.
