Are there any inexpensive tours ?

We are looking for an inexpensive tour to do in Belize. We wanted to go horseback riding but it is too expensive. We want to stay at or under $40 per person. We have no desire to go cave tubing. We have 2 adults in their late 40's and a 14 year old girl. It sounds to me like there isn't much beach area. Snorkling would be okay but we plan to do that at all the other stops. We will be in Belize for 10 hours. Please help. Thanks. Debby
