hi all

 

i can log in and see our booking however i cannot add any telephone numbers also what are add companion do i need to manually add the person travelling with me.

 

does all this need to be done before you can do check in before you go?

Other have reported problems adding UK telephone numbers but I thought that it had been fixed because I had no problems entering mine last week. How are you trying to input the number? Do not use the "+44". If that still does not work, otheres managed to input their number by excluding the leading "0".

 

I am not clear what you are asking about with "Add Companions". Anyone you included in your booking should already be on your reservation online. If they are, the "Add Companion" question to which you are referring is probably the part asking you if you wish to link you reservation to someone else's you are travelling with - friends or family in a different stateroom.

 

Yes, you will need to add the personal information of everyone on your booking before proceeding with online check-in. It is like air travel these days, the cruise line needs your personal details in advance of you sailing.
